At Simply Soulful we aim to help restore balance, wellbeing and enable you to reach optimal health. Although time passes so quickly, life is always full of different experiences and at times extremely stressful.
Stress can manifest itself as physical, emotional or spiritual imbalance, especially in today's world of easy accessibility and digital burnout we struggle to slow down and listen to the warning signs our bodies gives us. It is important to take time out to regularly maintain our bodies and thus become less prone to stress and illness.
I’ve been a dedicated practitioner of holistic treatments ( with some time off in-between having children) since 2001. I love empowering clients to understand their bodies and discover the gentle power of the healing arts. As a passionate Massage Therapist I enjoy being able to bridge the gap between holistic and western therapies while providing a safe and nurturing atmosphere in which to heal. I am always looking to integrate new treatments and therapies into my practice and believe that continued learning is important for any good Massage Therapist.
My journey began in the late 90s training in numerous therapies across 3 countries, South Africa where I grew up, India where I developed an interest in Ayurvedic therapies and England which has been my home for the past 20 years. It's here that I've harnessed my passion further delving into Wellbeing by training to be a Wellbeing advisor using Weleda products and also stockist of Sea Magik products.
